Super Date is an extension to insert date lists in forms. You can insert day, month and/or year lists in several languages. As always, with tons of options.

General Notes:

The lists must be inside a <FORM>.
The "width" (CSS 1) is not supported by all browsers. In pixels.
The "size" is 1 by default.

Day: Insert a list with numbers 1-31.

Year: Insert year lists. You control the first and last year of the list. The first year can be greater than the last year. It will be decreased in that case.
